At Yabao Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., we take pride in delivering custom oil paintings with care and professionalism. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle the delivery of artworks to our customers.
1. Processing Time
All oil paintings are made to order. The total production time may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork and the artist’s schedule. Estimated processing time will be shared with the buyer at the time of order confirmation.
2. Shipping Time
Once the artwork is completed and approved, it will be carefully packaged and shipped. Delivery time depends on your location and the chosen shipping method. Most international shipments take between 7–21 business days after dispatch.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and package size. Final shipping charges will be included in your order quote or invoice.
4. Delivery & Tracking
We provide tracking details once your order has been shipped. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Yabao is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs clearance, or third-party carriers.
5. International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
6. Damaged Shipments
If your painting arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and artwork. We will assess the issue and work toward a fair resolution, which may include a partial refund or replacement.
