At Yabao Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying experience for both buyers and artists. Due to the custom nature of our artwork, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Custom Artwork Orders
Because each painting is made to order and tailored to the buyer’s request, we do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and work has begun.
However, if there is a quality issue, damage during shipping, or significant deviation from the approved concept, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your case and may offer a resolution, which could include a partial refund, revision, or replacement depending on the situation.
Artist Applications & Membership (if applicable)
Application fees or any artist-related service charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
